Currently we are operating on AMBER status

As per the government announcement on 4th January 2021 our retail store is currently closed for walk in customers. Our website services remain open as normal and we will continue to provide regular updates on our status via this page.
We recommend that customers order online for delivery, as normal – however we are able to offer a “click and collect” service, for customers to order online, and collect from the store. When using “click and collect”, one of our sales personal will call you to advise of your order being available to collect and a mutually suitable time for collection.

All click and collect orders will be available to collect from our “Pit Stop Box” at the rear of the store – which is COVID 2m Safe. Our staff will bring your item out to you boxed as normal, and place in the rear boot area of your car, so minimal contact is maintained during this process.

Our Customer service phone lines are open, on 01280 701087. The most up to date delivery information for your order can be found via the tracking link for your order. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused should your order be delayed. We are working as hard as possible, along with our partners to ensure that items are delivered in a swift and timely manner, and hope you understand given the current situation.
