All items ordered, and available in stock, ordered before 2pm (Monday-Friday) are usually despatched from our warehouse the same day via our courier Royal Mail subject to payment clearances.
We offer two delivery options for UK mainland addresses so that you can choose the most suitable service for your needs.
Our standard service for UK orders is either a Royal Mail 48 hour signed for shipment, or for larger items a tracked service. We also offer the option to upgrade to a next-day delivery service for an additional charge.
Whilst the Royal Mail offer a TRACKED 48 and a TRACKED 24 Service, this doesn’t 100% guarantee a 24 hour or a 48 Hour service, according to their current service levels in your area – This is an aim and not a guarantee. It can be beneficial if deliveries are paramount to these delivery timelines to check the service levels in your area first, to avoid disappointment.
For all signed for services – the tracking reference will only be updated once a signature has been accepted for the item from the consignee. If you aren’t available for acceptance of your parcel, your item will be carded by the Royal Mail for either a delivery re-attempt at a convenient date/time or for collection from your local post office sorting office.
A despatch email is sent when parcels leave our warehouse. Please note orders are shipped via Royal Mail and as such are only dispatched Monday-Friday as per their standard working hours
European and Worldwide delivery can take up to 21 days after being despatched and are subject to customs clearance.
Please note, we cannot deliver to PO Box addresses overseas.
If there is going to be a delay for any reason we will let you know. All quoted delivery times are based on standard working days i.e. Mon – Fri (excluding public holidays etc).
Most of our items are in stock awaiting despatch unless a pre-order message is shown below the items description.
Customs – Post Brexit
When ordering mail-order goods from us for delivery worldwide (not within the UK), you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your Country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they will be. Customs policies vary widely from Country to Country and you should contact your local customs office for further information.

Please note that on selected items only we offer a FREE delivery service as standard. Items with this option available will be highlighted on the individual product listing (where applicable) and noted in both product descriptions.
This UK Value Service will vary courier wise, depending on the product to ship, to include Royal Mail small/letter service, Royal Mail small parcel not tracked and EVRI Services.
Standard delivery time for this service will vary from 3-5 days optimum – however could be longer depending on service levels in your local area.
Your Delivery reference ID will be updated to your order as per standard carriages – however this service may not always be trackable until the item has been delivered and a signature obtained.
You are able to select the standard alternate delivery options for your delivery as normal by clicking on the appropriate service required.
DELIVERY COSTS OUTSIDE OF THE UK
Delivery to countries outside of the UK (EU & RoW) are carried out on behalf of our Courier DHL or associated 3rd party couriers to them, in the respective country of the purchaser, however are trackable via the DHL tracking site

All orders from us to the EU or RoW will be subject to a Import duty and tax applicable to the respective purchasing country, and any customs clearance and associated taxes and import duties must be Bourne by the purchaser. Unfortunately we have no control over these charges, and cannot predict what they are likely to be.
