My item has arrived damaged. How do I return it?

It is always our main aim to ensure that your item purchased is delivered to you on time, and in once piece. However in the unfortunate even of you receiving your purchase, and it is damaged, we will of course arrange for either a replacement item to be sent to you, or a full reunify, both upon receiving the original item from yourselves,

Please contact us either via our store number 01788 311772 or email us on with images of the damage on your product, and we will arrange for a fully paid carriage returned label for you to return your item to us

Who will deliver my purchase?

All of our UK deliveries are delivered with Royal Mail, and can be tracked via the Royal Mail tracking service available here – Track Your Item

For EU & Non-EU deliveries, we will advise you of your tracking reference number separately, once the shipment has been arranged
